1.  What is a Virtual Assistant or a "VA"?
      According to the IVAA;  " A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical            services. Utilizing advanced technological mode of communication and data delivery a VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise            from his/her own office on a contractual basis."  We are well-trained assistants, but save you time and
       money by providing services only when you need it.


2.  What is the difference between a "VA" and a "REVA?"
    A REVA (Real Estate Virtual Assistant) provides you with extensive training and experience specific to Real Estate.  We have an understanding of not only administrative tasks, but we
     also understand the technicalities of transactions, marketing, farming, & client relationships, just to name a few. We work in the same circles of technology, stay current on new                           resources available to agents, train ourselves, and pass that knowledge to you to promote your success!

5. Can I use a VA even if I already have an assistant?
   Yes! Many agents have found that utilizing a virtual assistant in conjunction with an in-house assistant can be extremely successful in terms of relieving the overload that may come             to the assistant as well as yourself.  We are assistant friendly!

3.  Why should I hire someone that isn't right here in my office?
     Hiring an assistant is one of the best ways to capitalize on productivity, manage your business, and achieve your goals. Utilizing a REVA eliminates the time-consuming task of                   hiring, training, and paying for a full-time employee.  A VA also offer the flexibility of being available after hours or "on call", which can be a great advantage as a Real Estate                   Professional!


4.  I'm worried about sharing my information. Will it be kept confidential?

6. How do I work with a VA, when I don't see them?
    Our primary mode of communication is email. However, we utilize all aspects of communication as well. IM, EFax, Skype, Yahoo, as well as the good old telephone.  We  make it a point to         schedule weekly phone calls to keep  our tasks "online", and make sure that our partnership is working for your business goals.

7.  How do you keep track of the hours you work?
    We use a time tracking program called Myhours.com. It is an online time tracking software that allows us to keep track of time spent on projects and tasks. You receive a report                 along with your invoice when billed, or you may request a report at any time.

8.  How fast is your turn around time?
    It depends on the project or task. But in dealing with listings, MLS inputs are within 1-2 hours, and creative designs are up to 24-36 hours with the required lead time. Many are                  completed on the day ordered.
